Prices at J.C Plumbing

Here at J.C Plumbing we offer free no obligation quotes. However smaller jobs such as tap changes/leak repairs/emergency’s etc, are carried out at a fixed rate. All of our rates are transparent and clear. There are no hidden charges.

The costs are a fixed rate for the first hour, then halved for every 30 minutes over the first hour.

We do not charge for the following: Call out charge, parking costs or travel time.

ALL RATES EXCLUDE THE COST OF MATERIALS AND ANY RUBBISH REMOVAL

Gas and central heating

Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm = £100.00

Leak Repairs

Boiler or Gas fire service = £100.00 (Covers service and maintenance only, this price does not cover repairs or parts)

Back boiler service = £100.00

Boiler service and landlord gas safety certificate = £130.00

Unvented cylinder service = £100.00

Landlords gas safety certificate = £100.00 (up to 2 appliances. Additional cost of £10 for each appliance there after)

The requirement for CO alarms is being extended to all rooms containing a fixed combustion appliance of any fuel type. You can install one before our visit, however if one is not installed there will be a additional charge of £70 per alarm to supply and fit.

Power Flushing

Between 1-8 radiators = £500

Between 9-16 radiators = £600

Between 17-25 radiators = £700
